1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking a farm stay, wedding venue, or corporate retreat with HR Farm Stays, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Bookings & Dynamic Pricing
- Rates: Weekday rates (Monday–Thursday) start at ₹12,000/night, and weekend rates (Friday–Sunday) start at ₹18,000/night, subject to seasonal modifications.
- Inquiry & Confirmation: Online form submissions represent reservation inquiries. Our hospitality concierge team will contact you to verify availability and finalize your confirmation.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policies
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and prior approval.
- Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in.
4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
To preserve a peaceful sanctuary for everyone, guests must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Any damage caused to property, furnishings, swimming pool equipment, or landscaped lawns will incur replacement or repair charges.
- Illegal substances, excessive rowdiness, and violation of local noise ordinances are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are permitted only with prior written intimation and management approval.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund or date rescheduling. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may forfeit the advance deposit. Special event bookings are governed by separate contract terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
